- Buoyancy Control – Mastering neutral buoyancy for effortless movement underwater.
- Equalizing Pressure – Techniques to prevent discomfort and barotrauma during descent.
- Finning Techniques – Efficient kicking styles for controlled and energy-saving movement.
- Weighting & Trim – Proper weight distribution for a streamlined and balanced position.
- Emergency Ascents – Safe execution of controlled emergency ascents, such as the Controlled Emergency Swimming Ascent (CESA).
- Hand Signals – Standard underwater communication with your dive buddy.
- Situational Awareness – Monitoring depth, air supply, and surroundings for a safe dive.
- Dive Planning – Calculating dive times, depth limits, and air consumption for a well-planned dive.
This refresher course is designed to reinforce your skills and enhance your comfort underwater, ensuring a safer and more enjoyable diving experience.
