For the 4 Hour - 8 Hour Private Fishing - Coastal/Mid Channel with one of our Blue Water Hunter experts on your watercraft is subject to approval by Blue Water Hunter Management. All boats must meet the U.S. Coast Guard's requirements for recreational vessels.

What class options are available?

Private class: $249.

Can a BWH instructor come out on my boat?

Yes. Private trips can be done aboard your own boat with one of our experts, subject to approval by Blue Water Hunter management. All boats must meet U.S. Coast Guard requirements for recreational vessels.

Do I need a fishing license?

Anyone 16 or older needs a valid California sport fishing license, except when fishing from a public pier.

Do I need my own gear?

No. All gear and bait will be provided.
