The Blue Water Hunter 5MM and 7MM Open-Cell Spearfishing Wetsuit is a full-spec two-piece designed around the conditions we dive in. Every detail was chosen by divers, for divers. Also available in Grizzly sizing - cut wider through the core for divers who need more room in the torso and chest without going longer in the arms and leg
The foundation is Yamamoto #39 neoprene — the same rubber used by the best suits in the world — with a raw open-cell interior that seals against your skin and holds heat without bulk. Seams are glued and stitched with latex-glue reinforcement at key junctions only, which means the suit flexes where it needs to and holds where it counts, without the stiffness you get from over-reinforced construction.
The camo pattern is dialed to match the kelp forests, breaking up your silhouette against the canopy so you disappear into the water column the way a good hunter should. But disappearing is only half the story.
On the back, a pair of orca eyes stare down whatever's behind you. On the legs, high-visibility danger stripes run the length of the suit — the same banding pattern that nature spent millions of years perfecting on banded sea snakes and lionfish. That pattern means one thing in every ocean on earth: back the f@!$ off.
It's a paradox built into the design. Invisible from above. A warning from below. Apex predator energy in both directions. The hi-tech flare isn't just aesthetic — the reflective accent panels on the hood and stripe detail are engineered to catch light at depth, making you visible to your dive partner and boat crew without sacrificing the stealth of the overall pattern. You blend in when you need to. You light up when it matters.
Built-in anatomical hood with hi-vis accent on back of the head. Reinforced loading pad. Kevlar elbows. Scalloped knee pads. A knife pocket on each leg. Double-clip beavertail. 15cm higher-rise pants for full torso coverage in the water, and douple layer on the core.
