The Lures collection is Blue Water Hunter's full selection of artificial baits for West Coast saltwater fishing, spanning swimbaits, jerkbaits, jigs, surface irons, and soft plastics used to target calico bass, halibut, yellowtail, and rockfish from California up through the Pacific Northwest. Lures are organized to make it simple to match a bait to conditions: swimbaits and soft plastics for working structure and kelp beds, jerkbaits for suspended fish in cooler water, metal jigs for yo-yo and vertical jigging over deep structure, and surface baits for topwater action on calico bass and bonito. This collection draws on gear that our own staff and West Coast anglers actually fish, not just what's popular nationally.
